Chelsea return to Premier League action when they travel to Molineux to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday evening.

The Blues have made an indifferent start to the season under new boss Frank Lampard, picking up five points from their opening four fixtures.

In fact, defeat and results going against them could even see the club slip into the relegation zone.

Despite going 2-0 up at Stamford Bridge to Sheffield United, Chelsea allowed their advantage to slip and were forced to settle with a point prior to the international break.

So how could they line up against a side they failed to beat home or away last season?

Team News

Frank Lamprad has confirmed Pedro and Antonio Rudiger are fit to play some part in the Black Country, as is Mateo Kovacic.

Rudiger has been absent since he sustained a knee injury against Manchester United, while Pedro and Kovacic have played important roles throughout the season so far.

However, France international N’Golo Kante is not available. The midfielder was struggling for fitness prior to the Europa League final and has yet to recover sufficiently in the early stages of the season.

Lampard said: “This game has come too soon for him, hopefully close. We are waiting for that final step, but hopefully that will be the same time.”
