If there was any goal that could inspire a magnificent comeback, Mateo Kovacic produced it at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
The Chelsea midfielder volleyed home a stunning Goal of the Season contender to spark the Blues into life after they fell two goals behind to Liverpool in a pulsating first half at Stamford Bridge, which ended 2-2.

After Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah fired the visitors to a two-goal against the run of play, Kovacic clawed one back in the most extraordinary fashion.
With the outside of his foot and off balance, he smashed a looping effort in off the crossbar from 25 yards out.
It was surely one of the goals of the season and one that sparked the Stamford Bridge crowd into ecstasy.

Chelsea levelled moments later to cap off a breathtaking first half of Premier League football.
Christian Pulisic stroked over Caoimhin Kelleher to level the scoreline going into the interval.
But the four goals in the first half proved to be the last ones, as neither side could find a winner in the second half.
It was a brilliant watch but a result that Manchester City fans will be absolutely thrilled with.
City are now ten points clear of Chelsea in second place, while Liverpool are one point behind them with a game in hand.
